We successfully remediated 13 balconies in an apartment complex that had substantial water ingress into each residential apartment.

Description of works performed include demolition, substrate rectification/preparation, Installation of Ardex cavity flashing, installation of Ardex WPM100 membrane, installation of Ardex Weldtech membrane, installation of Westox Water Repellant Penetrating Sealer, installation of Ardex tile sundry products.

The project involved working with the project engineer under the Design and Building Practitioners Act to ensure the project was completed in accordance with the regulated design and complies with BCA and NCC requirements.
