We successfully delivered a comprehensive upgrade to a government-owned residential property as part of our ongoing work with the NSW Government.

The project aimed to improve the livability, safety, and accessibility of the dwelling through a series of targeted internal and external works. A key feature of the upgrade was the modification of the bathroom to meet accessibility standards, ensuring it was suitable for individuals with disabilities. Additional works included a new kitchen installation, full flooring replacement, new windows, and internal and external painting to refresh and modernise the property.

This project reflects our capability in delivering inclusive, high-quality residential upgrades that align with government housing standards.
